Official Rules & Regulations

We ask that each unit/group be in place at your assigned number by NO LATER than 2:00p.m. We will start the parade promptly at 3:00 pm.  

Please remember this is a Christmas themed parade to be enjoyed by all ages, and as such, participants/entrants are required to have a theme that’s appropriate and in keeping with the spirit of the holiday season. Everyone in your group must follow the rules and regulations, as violations will result in the immediate removal of your group from the parade route by security.

  • Vehicle drivers must be 25 years or older and have a valid drivers license

  • Entry SIZE LIMITS are non-negotiable and are as follows: No entries more than 12’ in height and
    50’ in length

  • •No 18 Wheelers, semi-trucks, or tractor-trailers allowed

  • All motorcycles, drag cars, or race cars must be on a trailer (First responder marked vehicles excluded)

  • No participant/entrant may have a Santa Clause or Grinch included in their group. There is only one approved Grinch, and one approved Santa, officially designated by the parade committee

  • Absolutely no candy or other items may be thrown, due to liability reasons and for the safety

  • of spectators

  • No animals allowed, including pets walking, with the exception of horses at the rear of the parade. Horses are required to be followed by a cleanup person.

  • No speech or display that is hurtful to the feelings of others

  • No stopping along the parade route, unless required for safety. Keep a buffer of 25’ between you and the group in front of you

  • Homemade floats are required to have a fire extinguisher on the float

  • The parade will be held RAIN or SHINE.

  • There are no rain dates for inclement weather

  • Entry and Float fees are non refundable
